Here's an estimate:
SS: 9 to 18 months
S: 19 months to 2 1/2years
M: 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years or 4
Please note that the age group is just my estimation, using my girl as a gauge. Hence, pls use the measurements as a guide. I would be happy to answer your queries on the sizing.
